By accessing or using Box Truck Sprinter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including fleet managers, drivers, and API integrators.

2. Service Description

Box Truck Sprinter provides route optimization software for commercial delivery vehicles operating in the New York City metropolitan area. Our services include route planning, driver management, fleet analytics, and API access for integrations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our routing algorithms
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or usage quotas
  • Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Scrape or harvest data from our platform

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Box Truck Sprinter provides routing suggestions based on available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of time estimates, distances, or route conditions. Users are responsible for verifying routes and complying with all traffic laws and regulations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Box Truck Sprinter will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
